Uttarakhand govt has declared 3-day state mourning over the death of Chief of Defence Staff Gen Bipin Rawat in a helicopter crash on Wednesday.
All India Radio News tweeted: “Uttarakhand govt declares 3-day state mourning over demise of CDS General #BipinRawat.CM @pushkardhami says Uttarakhand will always be proud of its son.
Gen Rawat has made great contribution to the country’s security and the nation will always remember his courageous decisions”.
